Faxes are sent to your email as a PDF, where you can view, download and share them. You never have to worry about missing a fax or not knowing when it arrives. All faxes can be accessed from anywhere there's an internet connection by computer, smartphone, or tablet.
What is needed?
Do I need a phone line?

You do not need a phone line. As long as you have internet connection you will be able to send and receive faxes through your email.

Do I get a local number? Can I choose it?

Yes you do and its absolutely free. Yes you will be able to choose your number as you're registering and it'll be activated immediately.

What email clients are you compatible with?

We are compatible with all email clients including Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, Aol, Outlook, Thunderbird and all others.

Are you compatible with Mac?

How do I send a fax?

There are two ways to send a fax. The guide for each is located below.
1) Use the online fax portal at
2) Send a fax by email

Adding Recipients:
1. Click “Compose Fax”
2. Enter Recipient’s Name and their Fax Number.
3. Click the “Add Recipient” button
4. Repeat steps 2-3 for all recipients
5. When finished with recipients, select “Next”

Optional: Add via address book
1. Click the “Address book” in the right corner
2. Select the contact group, then the contact
3. “Add” the contacts and select “Next”

Adding Documents to fax:
1. Upload all fax pages (computer, dropbox, or create a page)
2. Select the cover page to use
3. Drag pages in the fax documents section to sort the sending order
4. For any document, if you want to add your signature, select “Edit & Sign”
5. When finished with Pages to Fax, select “Send Fax”
6. Wait for the pages to send and click “Done”

Go to your email client (gmail, yahoo, hotmail, thunderbird, outlook, etc.)
1. Click “Compose/Create New Email”
2. In the “TO:” section enter the 11 digit fax (ten digits plus intl code, USA = 1) number followed by

4. Click “send” email

How do I receive a fax?

There are two ways to receive faxes, via email or the online web portal. Instructions for both are below.

1) Navigate to your inbox or folder where you keep your faxes.
2) Choose download as PDF Your fax will download to your computer and you will be able to view it with a pdf reader.

All faxes are sent to the primary email address upon receipt. A PDF attachment will be available to download.

Can I send multiple documents? How about multiple doc types?

Yes and Yes.

Can I send multiple faxes at one time?


How many email addresses can I share this account with?

Unlike most other companies we allow you to share it with unlimited number of email addresses. You can authorize the email address to receive or send or both.

Fax Number Questions?
When porting from another carrier must I keep my number active?

Yes. When you are porting from another carrier, you must keep your fax number active during the porting process. Once your number is transferred to your account you will be notified and you may then cancel your account with your previous carrier.

Can I get a Toll-Free number?
